A Toast to New Beginnings

I'm Laurie, your Travel Coach.

I help women who've spent years putting themselves last build the confidence to travel independently and discover what's possible when they finally choose themselves.

Travel Coaching

What's a Travel Coach?

I help women build the confidence to travel on their own by preparing for both the practical parts of the journey and the doubts that often come with it. The goal isn't just to help you see the world. It's to help you discover what you're capable of.

Who This Is For

You are not too late.

If you've spent years caring for everyone else, it's easy to lose sight of yourself. Maybe divorce, loss, retirement, or another major life change has left you wondering what comes next. Maybe you've started to believe your biggest adventures are behind you, or that you're waiting for the right person to join you. I think you've simply forgotten how much life is still waiting for you. Your life doesn't have to stay on hold until someone else is ready. Your next chapter is still yours to write.

Why I Do This

Solo travel changed my life.

Not because of the places I visited, but because of the person I became along the way. Every trip built my confidence, strengthened my independence, and reminded me that I was far more capable than I'd given myself credit for. I wasn't collecting passport stamps. I was collecting evidence that I could do hard things. That's the experience I want every woman to have.

What This Is About

This isn't just about travel, it's about trusting yourself.

Booking a trip is simple. Trusting yourself enough to take it is something else entirely. This isn't about checking destinations off a list. It's about giving yourself permission to experience a life that's bigger than the one you've settled into. Whether you're dreaming of your first solo adventure, joining a small group of like-minded women, or simply wondering if it's finally your turn, I'll help you prepare for both the practical realities of travel and the fears that naturally come up along the way. Because the biggest obstacle usually isn't the destination. It's believing you're allowed to go.

What This Journey Looks Like

Your Journey Begins Here.

We'll start with a conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what might be holding you back. From there, we'll build a plan that fits your goals, your comfort level, and the adventure you're ready for. Together, we'll prepare for the journey, navigate the doubts that naturally come up, and build confidence one step at a time. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. You simply have to be willing to take the first step.

WHERE YOU COULD GO

So, where are you thinking of going?

Imagine booking the trip instead of talking yourself out of it. Imagine walking through a city you've never seen before and realizing you're exactly where you're supposed to be. Then imagine coming home with more than photographs. Imagine coming home knowing you can trust yourself wherever life takes you. That's what this journey is really about.

Feet with red polish in a red hammock overlooking a city skyline and blue water.
Sun loungers and umbrellas at a beach club overlooking clear water and lush green hills.
Two pink chairs on a stone street outside a vintage shop with a yellow sign.
Aerial view of rugged, snow-capped mountains through an airplane window under a clear sky.
Sunlit narrow street with tall buildings and pedestrians, framed by a dark stone archway.
Narrow wet cobblestone street lined with yellow buildings, green shutters, and potted flowering plants.
A Personal Invitation

Let's plan the trip you've been putting off.

If you've been telling yourself, "Maybe someday," or "Maybe when I have someone to go with," I'd love to challenge those stories. You don't have to wait for the perfect time, the perfect person, or permission. You simply have to be willing to begin.

Ready for Your Next Chapter?

Let's talk about where you are, where you want to go, and what it will take to get you there. Your next chapter doesn't begin when someone else is ready. It begins when you decide you are. Maybe that journey starts with a passport. Maybe it starts today.
